Key Responsibilities: The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting and streamlining the organizations HR operations, ensuring the smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes, and promoting a positive workplace culture. Key responsibilities include: Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. Proactively build a talent pipeline by engaging with colleges, universities, and career centers for campus recruitment initiatives. Maintain and update an internal database of prospective candidates and resumes. Employee Lifecycle Management Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from induction and onboarding to exit formalities and full & final settlements. Draft HR documentation including appointment letters, confirmation letters, and contractual agreements. Coordinate with the Legal team for compliance with statutory and legal requirements. HR Operations & Systems Support the implementation and management of the Human Resource Management System (HRMS). Maintain accurate attendance records for the corporate and subsidiary offices. Supervise administrative representatives in other offices and ensure timely updates are shared with the corporate HR team. Performance Management & Reviews Assist the HR Head in the annual performance review process. Collaborate on defining Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) for entry and mid-level positions. Learning & Development Identify training needs and help design and monitor relevant training and development programs.
