Amma’s Pastries is a fast-growing, premium brand known for its quality, customer service, and strong team culture. With multiple outlets and a vibrant team, we are expanding and looking for a dedicated HR Executive to join our dynamic family. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment across all outlets and departments Maintain employee records and HR documentation Manage onboarding and induction for new joiners Coordinate training, performance tracking, and employee engagement activities Support payroll processing and attendance tracking Address employee queries and concerns professionally Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor laws Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field 1–3 years of experience in HR functions (preferably in the hospitality/retail/F&B sector) Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is a plus) Ability to handle field HR work (visiting outlets as required) Working knowledge of MS Office & HR software What We Offer: Friendly work environment Opportunities for growth within the company Competitive salary and perks Be a part of a trusted and growing brand in South India How to Apply: Send your resume to: sreerag@ammaspastries.in Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
