Responsible for a team of Territory Managers and FMRs on third party role Manage network of about distributors across the Region with a secondary network of about 3000-5000 dealers. Implementation of sales and the pricing policy across zone. Delegation of authorities : YES ¢ Manage and Monitor timely performance of the sales team to deliver the budgeted numbers. ACTIVITIES Achieve sales Budget by Formulating Regional Sales Strategy from broad directives of ZH Ensure collection of receivables in accordance with credit policy. Design & Implement Distribution Strategy in consultation with ZH for improved Market penetration. Set targets for primary network as per the guidelines with due regards to volume growth, outflow and extraction of market potential. Direct, Motivate, Coach, Monitor & Appraise Subordinate Staff to maximize performance and increase efficiency. Ensure optimal allocation and effective utilization of A&P budget Ensure effective implementation of centrally coordinated strategies, promotions, campaigns, etc. Establish Market intelligence for information on Competition and business environment. Incorporate a proactive approach to recommend sales & marketing strategies for future needs of the State Ensure all aspects of the company's Health and Safety Policy are adhered to. Plan, Budget & Control all Expenses with effective monitoring systems. Map & analyze secondary network and take suitable action to ensure stability and growth CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT The automotive lubricants market in India is experiencing steady growth, driven by increasing vehicle production and sales. However, the market is also seeing a significant increase in competition intensity with many brands specially low-priced ones trying to establish themselves. Retail Dealer Shops and Independent Work Shops form the primary distribution channels in aftermarket segment. The market has evolved to resemble the fastmoving consumer goods sector, with a significant portion of sales occurring through Dealer shops ACCOUNTABILITIES Ensure organization's projected top line and bottom line are achieved in the State. Ensure Trade Account Receivables are with strict control at all times. Ensure a motivated team performing in a cohesive atmosphere under professional management Ensure that all operations in the region are within the framework of the company policy and budgeted limits. Ensure development of good quality long term Primary Network / Customers QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Graduate with preferable degree/ diploma in Marketing/ Business Management. Min 8-10 years sales experience of which at least 3 year in similar level and dimensions.
