Regional manager- Hyd, Pune and Bangalore- Services Sales

You will be responsible for driving sales growth within the region by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities from assigned accounts. Your role will require a good understanding of the manufacturing industry - OEMs, industrial automation strong technical knowledge, and a proven track record in sales. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Sales Strategy & Planning:** Develop and implement a sales strategy to target key OEM accounts, focusing on services sales that meet industry-specific needs. - **Business Development:** Identify and qualify new business opportunities from assigned accounts. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects/opportunities. - **Client Engagement:** Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and other decision-makers. - **Solution Selling:** Understand client needs and position our solutions to address those needs. Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that highlight the value proposition. - **Negotiation & Closing:** Lead the negotiation process with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Achieve and exceed sales targets by closing deals with a focus on long-term partnerships. - **Market Intelligence:** Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies and provide clients with insights that can enhance their operations. - **Collaboration:** Work closely with the technical and product teams to ensure client requirements are understood and met. Provide feedback on product enhancements based on customer input. - **Reporting:** Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline status. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance.,
