Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage operations of multiple PMS/owned warehouses handling wheat and rice.
Ensure adherence to PUNGRAIN/FCI guidelines on storage, handling, and dispatch of food grains.
Monitor timely submission of PMS Certificates, BVRs, and other operational reports without remarks.
Maintain liaison with PUNGRAIN/FCI officials and ensure smooth implementation of instructions at the field level.
Ensure no unjustified losses occur, preventing any financial recovery or deduction.
Plan and supervise maintenance and repair of warehouse infrastructure and equipment.
Foster a healthy and disciplined work environment across all assigned warehouses.
Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements related to food grain storage and distribution.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate/Postgraduate, preferably in Agriculture, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Minimum
7–10 years of experience
in food grain warehousing operations.
In-depth knowledge of
wheat and rice handling, storage, and quality management
.
Experience in coordinating with
PUNGRAIN/FCI
or similar government agencies preferred.
