Regional Manager - Franchise Expansion & Acquire

As a Network Regional Manager for Tamil Nadu, Karnataka & Kerala with the headquarters in Chennai, your primary responsibility will be to scout for new franchisees in the allocated geography. Your goal is to sign up new franchisees to drive incremental business growth strategically. This includes developing city-wise expansion plans in alignment with budgets and growth targets. In this role, you will be actively involved in lead generation through various channels such as online ads, emails, SMS blasts, and events. You should be open to traveling around 15-18 days a month and possess a deep understanding of the allocated geography, preferably having traveled extensively in the same region. As a Network Regional Manager, your duties will also include participating in franchise exhibitions, ensuring that service agreements are signed, and all relevant documentation is complete. You will be responsible for managing business operations in a group of cities within the defined geography, overseeing sales, marketing, service, and operations for the region. It will be your responsibility to meet revenue and enrollment targets for the branches within the allocated budget. Additionally, you will be required to plan and implement marketing activities both above the line (ATL) and below the line (BTL) in the region with the support of the corporate marketing team. You will be devising a Go-To-Market strategy for the given geographies while leveraging local market intelligence.
