Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Manager to lead our Diesel Generator (DG) Sales operations based in Kolkata location. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in DG set sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive business growth while managing a high-performing sales team.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Diesel Generator industry, technical specifications, and sales processes.

• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experienced in DG Set Sales (Mandatory).
• Experience in handling a regional market or leading a sales team.
• Preference for candidates with established contacts in industrial, infrastructure, and commercial sectors.
