You will be taking on the role of a Regional Manager - Bancassurance based in Delhi and Gurgaon. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around overseeing the sales and distribution of bancassurance products. This will entail managing a team of sales professionals, ensuring top-notch customer service, and devising effective sales strategies. Your daily tasks will encompass guiding, training, and motivating your team members, analyzing performance metrics, and fostering partnerships with bank associates to foster business expansion. To excel in this role, you should possess a solid foundation in Finance and Insurance, along with demonstrated expertise in Team Management and Sales. Strong Customer Service skills are essential, as is proficiency in communication and interpersonal interactions. It is imperative that you are able to work on-site in Noida.
