Oversee operations of multiple branches within the assigned region. Set and monitor business targets for branches – loans, deposits, and member growth. Recruit, train, and mentor Branch Managers and sales teams. Develop and implement regional growth strategies aligned with organizational goals. Ensure regulatory compliance and standard operating procedures across branches. Conduct regular performance reviews and branch audits. Build partnerships and strengthen community relationships to expand outreach. Analyze regional performance data and prepare reports for senior management. Drive customer service excellence and operational efficiency across the region. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Work Location: In person
