As the Regional Academic Head, you will oversee the execution of all academic programs and related activities in schools. Your responsibilities will include teacher training, mentoring and guiding principals, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellence in academic delivery. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 10-12 years of K12 work experience, including teaching. Previous experience in roles such as Vice Principal, Head of Curriculum, or other Academic Head positions is essential. The successful candidate will demonstrate a track record in K12 education delivery, monitoring, tracking, and co-education planning and delivery. A comprehensive understanding of K12 curricula, council mandates, and curriculum implementation is required. Candidates should have a sound knowledge of the K12 education sector and a proven background in K12 teacher training, mentoring, and staff development. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with the ability to network and present effectively at senior organizational and industry levels. The successful candidate should be proactive, adaptable, and possess strong interpersonal skills. Fluency in English and flexibility for travel are also important attributes for this role.
