We have an opening for the position of RSM (REGIONAL MANAGER) - (Regional Head-GIC) – Global broking Marine Non Motor all products except Motor insurance. We are looking for candidate with strong experience in Global Broking and team handling in same General Insurance domain.

Eligibility criteria: up to 38-39 years of age

CTC: Maximum up to 20 Lpa + others (Negotiable)

Location: Across Mumbai Maharashtra

Clean Criteria:- Experience: Minimum 10-12 years of experience in Managing /onboarding/Business Generation/activating the global brokers for Marine Fire Travel Non Motor all GIC products, must have at least 2-3 yrs stable on roll team handling experience in GIC companies in same domain.

Job Responsibilities:

 Manage and develop a Team of Area Manager/BDM’s

 Responsible for identifying the potential partners and ensuring business deliverables

 Demonstrate effective communication skills to ensure retention of existing partners.

 Continuous engagement with partners / brokers for achieving the assigned business goals.

 To develop adequate market intelligence to acquire business by establishing, positioning the Chola

MS brand, and growing the brand.
