Regional Head ( West & North) | Commercial | RPA

• Build the commercial sales segment for West and North
• This role will have IC+ team targets

• 10-15 years of total experience, last 3-5 years managing a team of 7-10 AEs for SaaS companies
• Ability to manage inbound, outbound, and partner-led sale
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in fast-paced environments
• Understanding of RPA, AI/ML, and digital transformation concepts ( good to have)
• Consultative selling skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Experience with Salesforce or other leading CRM platforms
• This is a 2 day WFO role based out of Mumbai
