Position – Regional Head – Leasing

Department – Business Development and Leasing

Location –Gurugram

Industry – Industrial and Logistics Parks

Role description

• Manage business development for leasing Pragati’s industrial and warehousing portfolio
• Responsible for end to end leasing related activities including sourcing of clients, managing transactions, negotiations, and documentation
• Managing relationships with end clients and channel partners
• Keeping track of local markets, trends, government policies, and identifying development opportunities to expand Pragati’s portfolio

Required skills

• In depth understanding of the North market in the industrial and warehousing sector
• Must have a stellar business development and leasing track record
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to identify opportunities and structure transactions
• Excellent grasp of the leasing process including documentation
• Self driven, target and solution oriented

Experience – 12-15 years

Educational Qualifications

MBA from recognised University, specialisation in Marketing

Remuneration: As per industry norms
