Regional Head of Digital Ad Sales

This role demands a dynamic professional with a strong understanding of the ad tech landscape, hands-on experience in media sales, and a proven ability to convert leads into long-term partnerships.

Role Description

  • Drive revenue targets and market expansion across the

    West region

    .
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for

    Programmatic, CTV, SSP, and rich media offerings

    .
  • Identify and convert high-potential accounts into long-term business relationships.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with agencies, advertisers, and brands.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to understand client goals and deliver tailored digital solutions.
  • Explore cross-selling and upselling opportunities across platforms.
  • Foster a culture of

    collaboration, innovation and accountability

    .
  • Regularly review performance metrics, pipeline health and conversion ratios.
  • Stay ahead of market trends in

    AdTech, Programmatic and CTV advertising

    .
  • Represent DangleAds at key industry forums, events and client meetings.
  • Provide inputs to the product and marketing teams to align with regional business needs
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Ad Ops, Programmatic Trading, and Account Management) to ensure smooth campaign execution and delivery.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of proven experience in

    digital advertising, programmatic or AdTech sales

    .
  • Strong network of relationships across agencies, brands, and publishers in

    West India

    .
  • Deep understanding of

    SSP, DSP, DMP, CTV and performance-driven digital solutions

    .
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to

    build and scale regional teams

    .
