Job Description

As the Regional Head for Bharat Bank & MAB Segment at Axis, your primary role is to drive the business in coordination with the Axis Regional Head for Bharat Bank & MAB Segments. This involves formulating regional business strategies, implementing business directions, and leading sales through a team of Relationship Managers. Your responsibilities include: - Building and managing relationships with Axis Bharat Bank & MAB Regional Leaders to drive sales through Bharat Bank & MAB Customers. - Overseeing all Bharat Bank & MAB business operations in the region, setting and achieving monthly/annual business targets, and creating a growth-oriented environment for the team. - Assigning targets, conducting joint monthly PRP with DRs, recruiting, training, and supervising executives to achieve business targets and insurance sales, while fostering a progressive partnership with the bank. - Providing regular updates in alignment with Axis Bharat Bank, MAB, and MLI teams, ensuring business plan adherence, activating and ensuring persistency with Bharat Bank & MAB managers, tracking performance, and analyzing traction. - Leading the team to drive the people agenda, ensuring high engagement of key talents, minimal compliance issues, and talent retention. - Implementing the BOLD system, meeting system requirements, ensuring productive and mutually beneficial relationships compliant with regulatory requirements, and deploying and monitoring bank staff contests/R&R for revenue generation.
