Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kochi Kerala for a Regional Franchise Sales professional. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying and recruiting potential franchisees, conducting sales presentations, providing training and support to franchisees, managing regional sales activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role includes developing and implementing sales strategies to expand the franchise network within the region.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to provide effective Training and Support to franchisees
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the franchise industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
