Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Accountable for reducing delinquencyand flowsand improving recovery rates on Tractor Loan portfolios.
Allocate cases based on geography and vintage to Collections Managers & Executives across branches.
Lead, manage, and coach a state-wide collections team and drive their monthly targets and KPIs.
Monitor daily reports, conduct regular reviews, and ensure collection efficiency.
Oversee legal action on problematic accounts to support recovery efforts.
Manage and audit external collection agencies, ensuring adherence to compliance and process.
Drive hiring, training, and development plans to build high-performing teams.
Ensure timely communication of targets, incentive structures, and strategic goals.
Improve customer data quality through structured feedback and data governance.
Track market trends and leverage collection analytics to enhance performance.
