Mysore - Karnataka - India Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Develop and implement RCM strategies to optimize project performance and reliability. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure effective communication and project alignment. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth in the commercial and industrial sectors. Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and updates to senior management and clients. Mentor and guide project teams to foster professional development and enhance project delivery. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. 25+ years of experience in project management within commercial and industrial sectors. Strong background in business development and sales; proven ability to generate leads and close deals. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
