Regional Business Manager - Coimbatore - Healthcare

As a Regional Business Manager at Zuventus Healthcare Ltd., your role involves maintaining and expanding existing business while developing new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include: - Connecting with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and Key Business Leaders (KBL). - Managing vacancies by identifying suitable candidates and ensuring timely recruitment. - Overseeing vacant territory management. - Monitoring stocks, analyzing high inventory products, and creating liquidation plans. - Analyzing territories based on customer coverage, secondary growth, campaign implementation, product mix, key brand performance, and stockist inventory. - Ensuring quality sales with zero returns, minimal expiry, and breakage. - Implementing activities to enhance productivity and brand visibility. - Maintaining a well-functioning distribution channel with brand availability and issue resolution. - Managing weak territories to improve performance. - Driving growth and increasing market share. - Upholding discipline within the team. In terms of qualifications, the ideal candidate should have: - Graduation in B.Sc, Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), or Diploma in Pharmacy. - Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills. - Background in scientific field. - Team building, problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration abilities.
