As a Regional Business Development Director in India, you will play a crucial role in leading business development and sales efforts in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. Your responsibilities will include developing innovative business methodologies, driving profitable growth, and nurturing strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Develop cutting-edge business methodology and plans to exceed regional targets in India and Southeast Asia - Promote RIB CostX or RIB CX to reach key clients in the AEC industry, aligning with the regional strategy for India - Build and maintain enduring relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience in business development or sales, with a background in construction software, IT, software, cloud services, or construction/industrial automation - Profound understanding of the AEC industry and an extensive network within it - Track record in technology solutions sales, particularly within the construction sector - Exceptional communication and negotiation skills - Ability to embrace flexibility in work Additional Company Details: RIB is committed to creating a workplace environment where all employees are treated with dignity and respect.
