As a Trade Marketing & BTL Specialist in the assigned geography, your role involves identifying appropriate trade marketing and BTL activities, translating brand plans into implementation strategies, and focusing on developing these activities in weak and moderate markets. Your responsibilities include selecting the right outlets for trade marketing activities like dealer board branding, in-shop branding, retailer meets, and engagement activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for choosing suitable BTL activities for the target group, such as women marathons, RWA events, joggers park activations, and in-shop consumer sampling. Ensuring ROI for every activity conducted, coordinating with agencies, and monitoring activities on a monthly or quarterly basis are key aspects of your role.
