Key Responsibilities Identify and resolve issues in single-door, double-door, and side-by-side refrigerators, as well as top-load and front-load washing machines. Address customer complaints related to cooling issues, gas refilling, compressor or thermostat malfunctions (for refrigerators), and problems such as drum malfunction, water drainage, spinning, or error codes (for washing machines). Perform regular maintenance services for both appliances to enhance performance and prevent future breakdowns. Deliver timely, professional, and courteous service at customer locations, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum satisfaction. Eligibility Criteria Relevant experience in refrigerator or washing machine repair. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers. Willingness to travel within service zones.
