• Install & Maintain: Expertly install, service, and maintain a wide range of household appliances like refrigerators, dishwashers, washing machines, ovens, and air conditioning units. • Find & Fix Problems: Respond quickly to customer calls about appliance issues. Efficiently find and fix problems on site. • Offer Solutions & Estimates: Clearly explain repair options to customers, provide accurate cost estimates, and give realistic timeframes. Be transparent and consider any product warranties. • Quality Checks: After repairs or installations, thoroughly test the appliance to make sure it works perfectly, aiming for complete customer satisfaction and fewer return visits. • Paperwork: Accurately complete all necessary billing, invoicing, service reports, and other administrative tasks promptly.
