Refrigeration Technician

You are a skilled Refrigeration Technician (AR) sought by a leading industrial operation in Dubai, UAE. Your role involves working with ammonia-based (NH/R-717) and Freon refrigeration systems, focusing on system monitoring, leak detection, and advanced troubleshooting. Your responsibilities include operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting NH (R-717) and Freon refrigeration systems, performing leak detection, pressure testing, system charging, and ensuring compliance with HSE protocols. You should be able to interpret P&ID diagrams, blueprints, and automation systems, diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues, respond to emergency breakdowns, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with engineers to optimize system performance. To qualify for this position, you need a Diploma/Certificate in Refrigeration or Mechanical Technology with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in industrial refrigeration systems. You must have a strong understanding of ammonia and Freon-based systems, knowledge of automation systems (PLCs & SCADA), and proficiency in electrical and mechanical diagnostics. Your ability to work under pressure in challenging environments, commitment to safety, accuracy, and teamwork are essential for success in this role.
