Job Title: Service Engineer Department: Global Technical Services Qualification: B.E Mechanical/Electrical Experience: 6 - 8 years No of Vacancies: 1 Location: Chennai Job Description: Manage the service operation independently with customer excellence Installation and commissioning of the refrigeration system Develop a skilled team to handle the refrigeration system Manage customer complaints and resolve within the SLA. Develop problem management and service improvement plans. Generate revenue through Value added services and products Technical Knowledge: Design, install, repair, and maintain refrigeration equipment in industrial and commercial buildings Good Knowledge on all types of compressors Practical experience on commissioning and troubleshooting of centrifugal chillers above 400 TR Experience on negative chilling -15 deg C units Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹1,100,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 07/05/2025
