Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Refrigeration Manager located in Uttarakhand, India. The Refrigeration Manager will be responsible for overseeing the refrigeration systems at the production unit, managing maintenance schedules, ensuring optimal performance of all refrigeration equipment, and coordinating with the engineering team. The individual will also handle project management tasks related to refrigeration system upgrades and lead a team of technicians and engineers.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering and Engineering Management skills
• Project Management and Team Leadership experience
• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Experience in the food processing industry is a plus
