AI-powered at-home eye screening and preventive care

to people across Delhi NCR. We collaborate with hospitals, clinics, and optical partners to make advanced eye screening more accessible and meaningful through both digital innovation and strong referral partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and build relationships with Opticians for referral partnerships.
  • Onboard and activate Doctor referrals, ensuring smooth coordination, trust, and ongoing engagement.
  • Manage and streamline operational & administrative tasks within the hospital environment.
  • Conduct occasional sales or field visits to strengthen partnerships and drive conversions.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups, reporting, and performance tracking of referral sources.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of patient journeys from referral to service delivery.
  • Opportunity to explore and contribute to other business areas such as corporate wellness, marketing campaigns, and strategic projects, based on interest and performance.

Who We are Looking For

  • Someone with at least 1 year of experience in referral marketing, healthcare sales, or B2B relationship roles.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven, well-organized, and comfortable working in both hospital and field environments.
  • Eager to learn new skills and grow in a fast-paced, evolving healthcare startup.
