Job Responsibility
- Meet Monthly revenue targets and daily meetings.
- Implement on-ground marketing campaigns in collaboration with Jila Panchayat leaders, RMPs, and community health influencers.
- Drive lead generation activities through health check-up camps, local awareness drives, and referral events.
- Track and manage a referral network, including regular engagement, incentive payout coordination, and performance monitoring.
- Collect and report feedback from communities and referral partners to fine-tune marketing messaging and outreach.
- Support the creation of localised collateral's, banners, leaflets, and digital content distribution.
- Liaise with the operations team to ensure patient onboarding is seamless and data is correctly mapped to referring partners.
- Strong interpersonal and field communication skills
- Basic understanding of the healthcare system or healthcare marketing
- Familiarity with rural or semi-urban community outreach
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
- Local language fluency and Hindi
- Must Have a bike
