Ref Data Mgmt Rep

As a Ref Data Mgmt Rep 4 at Citigroup, you will be performing moderately complex and varied assignments with limited supervision. Your impact will be related to the quality of execution, and you will work with an expansive array of products/services. You are expected to demonstrate technical/administrative expertise, applying specialized functional area skills and basic knowledge. Your responsibilities include: - Ensuring customers are classified in line with required regulations - Performing on-going maintenance/refresh of existing customer data - Setting up and maintaining settlement instructions in various internal applications - Interacting daily with global operations teams to ensure timely update of all settlement instructions - Monitoring settlement rates to ensure correct updating of instructions - Liaising with other operations teams globally to ensure new customers are opened correctly and meet local regulatory requirements - Monitoring account opening activity daily to ensure all regulatory/document requirements are met - Completing all mandatory reports in a timely manner and required standard - Being aware of and adhering to audit & risk controls - Appropriately assessing risk when making business decisions Qualifications required for this role include: - 1-3 years of experience in customer identification within a global financial services organization - Knowledge of settlement instruction data; and familiarity with external products and services In terms of education, a High School diploma or equivalent is required.
