Ref Data Mgmt Analyst 1

As a Ref Data Mgmt Analyst 1 at Citigroup, you will be a trainee professional expected to have a good knowledge of processes, procedures, and systems relevant to your tasks. Your responsibilities will include: - Remediating data in the Corporate Actions system through accurate analysis and scrubbing of data - Performing trend analysis, identifying root causes, and implementing or suggesting solutions based on analysis - Collaborating with global teams to ensure data quality is remediated - Providing high-quality customer service to internal stakeholders - Managing ad-hoc projects from start to finish - Presenting tangible metrics to Management In addition, you should be able to appropriately assess risks when making business decisions, with a focus on safeguarding Citigroup's reputation and assets while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Qualifications: - Experience in managing various data remediation work streams projects - Knowledge of maintaining client static data in a capital markets environment - Ability to take ownership of work and be accountable - Proficiency in identifying and troubleshooting issues, with a willingness to escalate when needed - Financial services related qualifications Education: - Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience Citigroup's job family group for this role is Operations - Services within the Job Family of Reference Data Services.
