Reels Creator, Photographer

Responsibilities

• Shoot high-quality product photos and saree reels/videos using professional cameras (DSLR, mirrorless, or cinema cameras)
• Operate gimbals, stabilizers, tripods, microphones, lights, softboxes, reflectors and other studio equipment confidently and safely
• Plan and execute cinematic camera movements, transitions, slow-motion shots, and stabilized reel visuals
• Edit reels/videos with strong pacing, audio sync, captions, transitions, and visual hooks
• Create and integrate VFX shots including camera tracking, compositing, and social-style effects
• Bring original and trend-based creative ideas for reels, aligned to ethnic fashion and Instagram-first audiences
• Edit all UK-shot footage in the India office with fast turnaround
• Upload and optimize content on Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook
• Write fluent English captions and coordinate confidently in English with studio and warehouse teams
• Support the product packing/warehouse team willingly for workflow assistance when needed
• Maintain high standards for quality, ownership, discipline, and timely delivery
• Manage studio equipment responsibly and ensure safe handling and upkeep of gear

Must-Have:

• Strong experience in product photography + reel videography
• Strong video editing skills (CapCut / Premiere / DaVinci / FCP, etc.)
• Fluent in English (spoken + written)
• VFX skills (compositing, camera tracking, SM-style effects)
• Knowledge and hands-on experience using professional cameras (DSLR/Mirrorless/Cinema cameras)
• Ability to operate gimbal, gimbal stabilizers, and phone/DSLR gimbals
• Experience using studio equipment (lights, softboxes, reflectors, mics, tripods, rigging, etc.)
• Confident handling of videography gear including gimbal, camera stabilizers, and related accessories
• Comfortable using gimbal for smooth cinematic and reel shots
• Strong understanding of framing, lighting, and camera movement
• Knowledge of fashion product shooting setups
• Ability to maintain equipment discipline and safety
• Portfolio of reels and product visuals
• Team-first attitude and reliable execution

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
