This is a contract Oracle Cloud Consultant Absence Management Functional role at Zenith Services Inc. in Hyderabad with flexibility for remote work. You will be involved in day-to-day tasks related to consulting, infrastructure, software development, integration, and solution architecture. As an HCM Cloud SaaS Absence functional professional with 4 to 6 years of experience, you should have hands-on experience with at least 3 end-to-end implementation experiences. Exposure to other modules like Redwood UI & Gen AI will be considered as an added advantage. You are expected to have sound domain knowledge in HCM covering the hire to retire cycle, with expertise in the absence module. Engineering graduates with an MBA in HR will be preferred for this role. As an Oracle HCM Developer, you will be responsible for working on the Oracle HCM Cloud platform, performing analysis, troubleshooting issues, and delivering solutions via service desk requests and wider business projects. Your key responsibilities will include documenting current and future state scenarios, design, and configurations, triaging production issues, coordinating with multiple teams for problem analysis, and collaborating with HR and IT teams on testing activities for system-wide updates, upgrades, quarterly releases, and patches.
