Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for a [Redacted] at Shanghai Flavours of China Town. The [Redacted] will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of Chinese dishes, ensuring the highest quality and presentation of food. Day-to-day tasks include ingredient preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, adhering to health and safety standards, and assisting the Head Chef as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in Chinese cuisine preparation and cooking techniques
• Knowledge of ingredient preparation and food safety standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
• Culinary certification or relevant training is advantageous
