Job Title: Manager – Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

Experience: 4–6 years
Qualifications: Master’s Degree / PG Diploma in Human Resources
Location: Mumbai

Job Specifications / Responsibilities

  • Meet with hiring managers to understand current staffing requirements and annual hiring needs.
  • Source and screen suitable candidates through job portals, online platforms, social media, and recruitment consultants to ensure positions are closed within defined quality, TAT, and cost parameters.
  • Liaise with hiring teams and coordinate interviews across all open positions; ensure structured, cross-functional assessments to support high-quality hiring decisions.
  • Handle salary negotiations, fixation, and offer issuance, ensuring alignment with internal compensation guidelines.
  • Track candidates from offer to joining, ensuring regular follow-ups and minimizing backouts to achieve near zero offer drop rates.
  • Drive a seamless onboarding and induction process, ensuring new hires integrate smoothly into the organization structure and meet role expectations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,240.36 - ₹43,531.26 per month
