Job Description

Recruitment (70%)

  • Collaborate with business unit heads (Regulatory, AFT, HR & Payroll) to define hiring needs.

  • accounting, finance, company secretarial, legal, and compliance functions

  • Zoho Recruit

  • Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate panel rounds.

  • Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and reports for management review.

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pool for niche profiles.

Onboarding (30%)

  • Coordinate with Admin, IT, and Payroll for pre-joining formalities.

  • Issue offer letters, collect documents, and conduct induction sessions.

  • Ensure timely onboarding of new hires into Zoho People and other internal systems.

  • Conduct post-joining check-ins to ensure smooth integration and collect feedback.

Requirements

  • 35 years

  • accountants, company secretaries, legal professionals

  • Zoho Recruit

  • Zoho People

  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Familiarity with ISO 27001 and HR policy documentation is a plus.
