Recruitment Officer Onshore

Job Description: As a Recruitment Manager at V. Group, your main responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various disciplines and locations, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and Hiring Managers. You will be involved in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, as well as establishing sourcing methodologies and utilizing social media for proactive recruitment. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for your areas of responsibility. - Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand their requirements and facilitate suitable candidate shortlisting. - Establish sourcing methodologies and utilize social media to proactively recruit candidates with minimal time to hire. - Screen candidates for suitability and endorse them to Hiring Managers. - Conduct offer discussions with successful candidates to minimize offer rejections. - Utilize recruitment ATS effectively, maintaining accurate candidate records and educating new hiring manager users on system usage. - Provide support to Group Reward and Group Human Resources colleagues using data and market intelligence. - Support recruitment-related business activities such as university fairs and networking events. - Offer guidance and expertise on recruitment matters for specific geographical and organizational areas. Qualifications Required: - Previous in-house recruitment experience. - Strong direct sourcing and networking skills. - Proficiency in using ATS systems for data extraction. - Strong stakeholder engagement skills. - Ability to adapt quickly to changing business priorities.,
