Primary Standardized Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

About The Opportunity

A leader in the Customer Experience & Contact Center (BPO) sector delivering high-touch service and operational excellence across India. We are building a high-impact recruitment function to hire non-IT talent across operations, sales, CX, and support functionsdriving scale, quality, and candidate experience for on-site teams.Role & Responsibilities
  • Design and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for non-IT roles (operations, CX, sales, support) to meet volume and quality targets for on-site locations across India.
  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding handover while ensuring SLAs and hiring KPIs are met.
  • Lead and optimise sourcing channelscampus hiring, employee referrals, job portals, agency partners, and social recruitingto build resilient candidate pipelines.
  • Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to define role profiles, interview frameworks, scoring rubrics, and selection decision governance.
  • Implement and administer ATS workflows, hiring dashboards, and metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, offer acceptance) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Coach and mentor recruitment coordinators; manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with local labour regulations and background check processes.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Proven experience in high-volume non-IT recruitment (campus, CX, operations, sales) in India.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
  • Advanced sourcing skills including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean sourcing techniques.
  • Strong capability in offer negotiation and closing strategies with demonstrable offer-acceptance improvements.
  • Experience running campus hiring programs and managing large-scale bulk hiring campaigns.
  • Data-driven hiring: comfort building and presenting hiring dashboards and recruitment metrics to senior stakeholders.

Preferred

  • Experience with contact center / BPO recruitment and frontline operations hiring.
  • Familiarity with recruitment RPO models and agency/vendor management.
  • Exposure to behavioural or assessment tools used in candidate evaluation.
