Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
Draft and publish job postings across relevant platforms.
Screen resumes, schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain strong working knowledge of Naukri.com and other recruitment portals.
Prepare and issue offer letters in line with company policies.
Ensure smooth communication between candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring cycle.
Maintain recruitment records and provide regular updates to management.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
Hands-on expertise with Naukri.com and other job portals.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
