We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Executive (3–6 years) to join our HR team. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, final selection, and onboarding.
You will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), references, and social media, while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Candidates should have strong communication skills, hands-on portal experience, and the ability to handle multiple requirements.
