About the Role:

Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

Understand job descriptions and hiring requirements from managers/clients.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic discussions to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers regularly.
Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Learn and apply recruitment tools, processes, and best practices.

Desired Skills & Attributes:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in learning recruitment and HR practices.
Good coordination and organizational abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
Team player with strong work ethics.

Eligibility:

Fresh graduates (Any stream) or candidates with up to 6 months of internship/experience in recruitment/HR.
Passionate about pursuing a career in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition.
