We are currently seeking a Recruitment Executive to join our Human Resource team at Cyrix Healthcare. As a Recruitment Executive, your responsibilities will include sourcing and shortlisting candidates, maintaining confidential databases and records, identifying the manpower needs of the organization, and assisting the recruiting team with manpower projects. Key Responsibilities: - Source and shortlist candidates for various positions within the organization. - Maintain confidential databases and records related to recruitment activities. - Identify the current manpower needs of the organization and work towards filling the gaps. - Collaborate with the recruiting team to support manpower projects effectively.
