Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Source relevant candidate profiles through various platforms such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job boards
Create and maintain an organized database of sourced candidates, ensuring proper tracking and status updates
Review and screen profiles to ensure alignment with job requirements and client expectations
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, up to their joining on the client side
