Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiting HR at XpressEdu, located in New Delhi. The Recruiting HR will be responsible for various HR functions, including hiring, interviewing, and recruiting candidates for multiple roles. Additionally, the Recruiting HR will be responsible for coordinating and conducting training sessions and ensuring effective communication across departments.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Hiring and Recruiting candidates
• Experience in conducting Interviews
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to coordinate and conduct Training sessions
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the education industry is a plus
• 6 months - 1 year of experience.
