1. Handle end-to-end recruitment for various departments.
2. Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
3. Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews.
4. Coordinate with hiring managers for JD, interviews, and selection process.
5. Maintain candidate database and manage offer-to-joining follow-ups.
6. Working Days: 6 days working
7. Location: Hyderabad

Key Skills

1. 4–5 years recruitment experience (Oil & Gas preferred)
2. Any Graduate (MBA HR preferred)
3. Strong sourcing skills (Naukri, LinkedIn, social platforms).
4. Good communication & coordination skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple positions at once.
