Job Title: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

Shift: Night Shift – 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST (EST Working Hours)

Job Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews with US-based clients (EST)
• Maintain candidate database and follow-ups
• Understand client requirements and close positions on time
• Daily reporting and ATS updates

Requirements

• Graduate (any stream)
• 0–5 years of experience in recruitment (Freshers can apply)
• Good communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working night shift aligned with EST
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Email, Job Portals)
• Willingness to work on-site in Haridwar office
