It is a Night Shift 6:30 PM to 4:30 AM

US Recruiter

Required Skills & Experience

Excellent spoken English communication skills
is mandatory.
Minimum 6 months+ experience working in
international voice process
OR recruitment.
Experience working with
US, UK, Canada, Australia
, or any English-speaking clients.
Ability to engage candidates over phone and build rapport.
Strong listening & interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently during night shift hours.

Preferred Background

Experience in BPO voice process (international).
Experience in US Staffing or recruitment is an advantage but not required.
Candidates from customer service, call centers, support, or international helpdesk are highly encouraged to apply.
