Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for all roles (sales, operations, etc.), from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and implement innovative hiring strategies to attract top talent.
• Leverage LinkedIn, job portals, and industry networks to identify and engage candidates.
• Build and manage a strong employer brand to position Proppr as the go-to place for real estate professionals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR, talent acquisition, or recruiting experience in real estate/hospitality hiring
• Strong sourcing and networking skills to attract top talent.
• Ability to build and execute structured recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and employees.
• Experience with HR tools, job portals, and employer branding strategies.
• A self-driven, solution-oriented approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
