Recruiter

Job Summary:

The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates. This role partners with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and delivers a positive candidate experience while meeting hiring goals and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles (sourcing through offer)
• Partner with hiring manager to understand job requirements and hiring priorities
• Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes and conducts phone/video interviews
• Coordinate interviews and communicate feedback between candidates and hiring manager
• Prepare and extend job offers and support onboarding activities
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire)
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1–3+ years of recruiting experience (corporate or agency)
• Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
