As an IT recruiter for our client, India's large IT service providers, your role will involve the following responsibilities: You will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Additionally, you will review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. - Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. - Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. - Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions. - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. - Maintain candidate funnel data. - Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners & create transparency in the hiring process.,
