Role Overview: You will be joining Wishfin, India's leading fin-tech company, as a full-time Recruiter-Intern based in Noida. Your main responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and contacting potential candidates for various roles within the organization. Additionally, you will assist in coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment databases, and providing general support to the recruitment team. This role will provide you with the opportunity to learn about recruitment processes and best practices in the fin-tech industry. Key Responsibilities: - Source, screen, and contact potential candidates for different roles - Coordinate interviews and maintain recruitment databases - Provide general support to the recruitment team - Learn about recruitment processes and best practices in the fin-tech industry Qualifications: - Recruitment skills, including sourcing and screening candidates - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of HR and recruitment processes - Experience with recruitment software/tools is a plus - Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,
